Winemaker notes
The vineyard's unique soil composition of pink and white limestone and basalt gives the wines a unique mint and eucalyptus note that is the vineyard's defining soil signature. The total production of the 2008 vintage of the Amarone is 4,000 bottles.
Viticultural Notes
The vineyard is located at 350-400 meters above sea level at a 15-20% slope. Vines are planted 5000 plants per hectare and are guyot trained. There is one hectare of 40 year-old vines that is pergola pruned.
